Are there any Adverse or Unusual Conditions?

The developer knows of no activities or conditions adjacent to or nearby the subdivision, such as feed lots, dairies, cement plants, or airports, which would subject the subdivision land to any unusual conditions affecting its use or occupancy.

Who is Responsible for Road Maintenance?

The roads within the subdivision are built to county standards and on completion will be accepted by the County of Brazoria for maintenance.

Thousand Oaks features a lushly landscaped park with an expansive open air pavilion and boat ramp to Bastrop Bayou for the exclusive use of Thousand Oaks residents and members of the Thousand Oaks Property Owners Association.

Is There a Sewer System?

No. Individual septic systems are required for each home built at Thousand Oaks. Such systems must meet Texas and Brazoria County requirements, but typically such treatment systems are designed to reduce the nitrate component of wastewater, with an effluent holding tank and subsurface drip irrigation system.
