Thousand Oaks is located at the end of El Lago Road (County Road 839) off Business SH 288 just a short 1.5 mile drive from Angleton and only 3 miles from Lake Jackson. The hustle and bustle of Houston and the fast growing towns of Angleton and Lake Jackson are easy to access from Thousand Oaks, but just as easily left behind when you seek the peace and quiet of your country home.

Exit on CR 220 (Brazoria County Airport Rd.) from State Hwy 288, go east 1.7 miles to Business State Highway 288 to Angleton, turn right on Business SH 288 1.5 miles, turn left on CR 839 drive a short mile to Thousand Oaks.
